Its not that they think psychos are great, its that they have overlapping traits with confident, succesful, outstanding men. Bad men are more attractive than weak men, great men are more attractive than bad men. The key isn't going from weak to bad, but from weak to great. You will be much better off.

The fact that things don't get under your skin is actually REALLY good for your business. When you see something wrong it doesn't make you emotional. Just tell them what should change. Most importantly don't tell them that it would benefit you, tell them how the change would benefit THEM. Making people upset unnecessarily will only male them saboteurs in your organisation, people often act in ways that are to their detriment just to spite someone.
