Told him we don't have that dept and there is nothing I can do for him. Keeps insisting about this non existent Engineering Department that he has apparently spoken to in the past
Transferred him to the warehouse where probably nobody will pick up because idk wtf they be doing over there
Engineering dept. How does this even sound like a department that will teach you how to use a fucking TV remote ???
I swear I think I'm dealing with glue or paint or gasoline huffers sometimes

I had a guy ask me if I could put tape over all the buttons except power, channel up/down and volume up/down because the remote was too confusing and unless all the other buttons were not visible he could not figure it out.

Well at least he's honest and upfront about his stupidity. Most customers I deal with won't be like this. They think they're so smart. I don't mean to be like this but I have to note that majority of them are Mexicans. Gdi.
