Balkaneum is not what we were told it was, is not a company made by Daniel to develop Safex but privates and unknown investors own it, obviously they are focused on profit, Safex being constantly 6 months away is not the ideal bet. So side project like Xcalibra and Hashbringer started.
After a failed launch the main net finally came out in September 2018, with no migration feature enabled and no gui wallet. We were also told that marketplace target for release was before black friday 2018. A basic release but still a thing.
