WHAt if I were to pay off my full credit card balance using another credit card to collect the cash back, then use a third (cash back) card to pay back the second, go back to the first to pay that back and around and around? Is this infinite money?

i think you only get cash back on purchases, not balance transfers.

You don’t earn cash back on balance transfers. There is no way around this.

Can't pay off a credit card with a credit card or a debit card. I looked into doing this with my MCO card, they're wise to it

Also note that most grocery stores won't give cash back when you use credit to buy a gift card. Something else I looked into (card gives 6% cash back at grocery stores, so I figured why not buy prepaid cards at the grocery and get 6% discount everywhere)
