It's extremely unlikely. The price can't jank upward like that without outside money coming in to feed the longs. It happened in 2017 because of normans. In 2019 it's just people looking for smokable glass in the carpet. It's alternating short and long squeezes while holders sit on the sidelines. As long as no one needs serious cash, the plates keep spinning. But even this isn't working anymore because we now have exchanges quintupling fees.
