I agree with all of these statements. I think we'll see more dips this year, then it will go back up late this year or next year as full-on QE and more rate cuts come, constant pressure from Trump because muh election. I wouldn't be surprised at all if it hit ATH again next year. Then it will go down again, and again, and more, and more, and we'll only get Fed confirmation of a "recession" 6 months after the fact.

-Only for US and China markets we have more than 80 thousand ophthalmologist. CSV-2000 Cost $7500/- Think even 10% penetration means what to them in terms of revenue from a single product.

-Patent portfolio worth more than current market cap

-Insider lock up period ended, every incentive to pump the price

-Recent 8k was positive

-The company did not IPO in April to get delisted 6 months later

-Adequate cash from offering, no dilution imminent

Fundamentally China is looking hella unstable

- North Korean style rollout of NEW nuclear missiles (Dongfeng) expressly purposed to hit America

- Their Real Estate sector looks like its going to implode taking their state banks down with them

- Hong Kong is being invaded and will lose its special rights and with it capital flight

The situation couldn't be worse. A peacetime, major trade partner prepping to go WWIII. Look at the level of absolute delusion. How the fuck can you be expected to invest in this environment?

Capitalists had a wild ride the last 50 years, now its payback time. I hope you guys realize people are going to look back and won't believe the S&P was ever higher than 1k.

They realized that scientific and technological superiority is THE factor of successful superpowers.
As long as their technology keeps moving forward, theres huge support for the chinese economy.

I think Barclay's downgrading all the brokerages is premature. Chucky and TD haven't even released their models for profitability with the new no-fee structure yet. The whole point of doing that is to bring in more clients and probably use some variation of Robinhood's model to make up the difference from lost fees. Barclay's is basically saying they're going to eat the entire loss without changing anything else. The instant Chucky and TD put out guidance explaining their strategy, they will jump.

LMT was down to $374.0676 at todays lows.
LMT's previous high was $399.96
(374.07 ÷ 399.96) x 100 = 93.53%

LMT at 6.5% from its high, is that a good place to buy?
I hear it said that 5-8% from the highs is a good place to buy good companies. Are we at a good place?

I want to be a rocket man, but I think it's gonna be a long, long time.

>As long as their technology keeps moving forward, theres huge support for the chinese economy.

That is the exact same logic the Soviets used.

The only difference between that and China is that American capitalists aided the acquisition of western technology.

Life span of Soviet Union = 74 years

CCCP = just turned 70

The entire political rationale of the CCCP is soviet. Its market philosophy is entirely interventionist. The state is organized as a socialism under authoritarian dictator (Xi president for life).

If success was all about technology, they could have gone capitalist and achieved the same goal. While they claim capitalism all Chinese companies operate under covenants with the CCCP, thats why they trigger national security reviews in countries around the world when they have expanded.

America and the rest of the west is not the pattern that China is following.

he must mean TLTFF, looking into it now, they're using photodynamic therapy for bladder cancer treatment.

IF it gets the all-clear from the FDA I can see it being widely adopted. The current treatment for these still involves a cystoscope up your urethra but uses a resectoscope to cut away the tumor. They tend to regrow and it leaves scarring and there's bleeding and infection risk.

"Go long China." was a winning move since 50 years ago if you could hold your stomach through 50 years of brutal repression.

The bottom line for me is that Chinese economics is evil economics and all the money invested there is potentially bad money. So go long China if you hate freedom, I don't care.

I'm just pointing out that, under norms of political economy, the major trading nations are starting to look like a bag of shit socially and politically.

Its one thing to be viewed as a great place to open a Fried Chicken restaurant. Its another to be viewed as that place that builds concentration camps and beats protesters with iron bars in the street.

If there was something like a quality of world governance index it must be at least 50% down since 2010

Would you invest? Look at the market reaction to geopolitics, let alone basic economics.
