bleh ETH 2.0 will probably be out next year. If we want ONE to really get its moon on then we need it to finish mainnet in the next couple of months and unveil coinbase or something of that caliber before EOY.
Otherwise, we might see it spike during the golden bull spill over, but no where near the top 30 range like we'd aim for by EOY if it had the potential to flip ETH.
