BTC dumped and RSR held like a fucking chad. Everyone is down like -60% meanwhile I’m up on ETH/BTC pair and only down like -8% at most in usdt pair. I guess you can say I’m pretty fucking comfy. Never expect a big 10x based on app release anyway but watch, as these months pass and the team starts finalizing RSV code and get possibly listed on Coinbase these haters will start to fomo in because anyone with two brain cells knows that RSV is going to be the next standard in stablecoins. Even banks are trying to create asset backed stablecoins but they won’t have the secret sauce we have. RSV is an entire self sustaining ecosystem, it’s going to be the gold standard of digital reserves. If you don’t buy the oil (RSR) that will be used in this machine you will regret it for as long as you live. Don’t say we didn’t warn you, most RSR holders fucking hate when I’m shilling on /biz/ because my shills make it all over Twitter and get hundreds of likes by normies and they want to accumulate before they find out. So why am I trying to help nubiz? Because you’re me. I’m just trying to give you fucks a gem and all I get is fud in return but I actually want to help whoever is willing to listen. I don’t want any fame or recognition I just want you to make it. Good luck anons.

I used simpleswap when idex was down for maintenance. I’m using coinbase wallet to hold my RSR but metamask is also a good choice. Cold storage is good too for long term holds. Cold storage just means a physical ledger drive that you keep somewhere safe like a vault or something. I’m still debating if I want to do that or just keep my RSR in this mobile wallet and if something happens I have my private key memorized and I just download the App again. I would advise you not to store your RSR on an exchange even though I’ve heard good things about idex it’s still risky. Oh and I’m using coinbase wallet because it’s my own wallet with a private key unlike coinbase itself, and it seems like a legit App so far. It also connects to idex easily even after I created two accounts with different names and locations. I’m also expecting a coinbase listing and some kind of dApp for RSV arbitrage in the future so I may as well keep things simple for that possibility.

The app literally doesn't matter. Venezuela literally doesn't matter. While nevin and his team are larping and upholding the white man's burden in the jungle, the developers are working on the main net launch. A decentralized stablecoin running on a greed/incentivized game theory basis hasn't been done before. When RSV becomes the default trading pair for BTC and replaces Tether that's when shit hits the fan. That's when arbitrage kicks in and all tier-1 exchanges list RSR. $1 RSR 2020 absolute minimum. (Towards q4)

You people need to appreciate the network effect that will propell this. Who's not going to own any RSR, when it let's you make a profit every damn day.

It depends on the arbitrage opportunities. More people using RSV = More arbitrage opportunities as the price fluctuates. The reason that the team estimates between 2-5% RSR burn is because that's what they estimate will be the volatility/fluctuation of RSV (more so on the lower end ~3%. So, if RSV becomes widely used by the crypto community after it overtakes Tether for example, you will have more people trading/buying it and it will therefore fluctuate more often in price and create more opportunities to make profits from arbitrage. As for how much you will make, or how often you can take profits that all depends on the adoption rate and how much RSR you decide to use for arbitrage and what the contract states. Some contracts might allow you to withdraw daily, others might be weekly. It's still not fully known how it's all going to work but those are some thoughts on what I think might happen based on the available information. As a side note, there will be a lot of information that still hasn't come out because the team really doesn't want to fully disclose it all at this stage. If that makes some people uncomfortable, I fully understand and wouldn't blame them for not wanting to jump in right now, personally I've got no reason to distrust the team and I'm taking them on their word. They clearly have the support of big investors which should give us some confidence that at the very least they're getting good advice from people that actually made it. So, decide if you're going to trust some NEET on 4chan or Coinbase Venture and Peter Thiel or Sam Altman. I'm all in with RSR, not saying to do the same, but just keep an eye on the market and you decide for yourself and always DYOR.

>> No.15737024

>>15736870
Good points. I'd like to reiterate on the fact that this is all a very technically easy smart contract and platform to code. They're not larping as the next ethereum or promising some kind of practical application of theoretical blockchain solutions (aka scam projects) By late 2020 all of this will be live and fully functional. Then dapp developers will make streamlined and automatic arbitrage solutions for RSR holders. Tether fluctuates daily and so do the commodities that will back RSV. I believe we will have multiple daily arbitrage trades even in the early days. Not that it matters, RSR will be climbing into the top 10 on CMC 2020-2021. Supported by bitcoin maximalists themselves because it's a truly decentralized and permissionless stable coin. There's no backdoor access or "freeze" code unlike USDC. It's auditable and not under litigation unlike tether. Once RSV is launched it's game over for the you know whos.
