terrible candidate but great salesman. I saw a youtube video that breaks down his speech and how he has great appeal. I'd give it a try.

it's not about real estate. it's about the art of the deal. it's an easy read. it's very good. you're gonna like it.

You're better off going to bigger pockets, but I do like 'millionaire real estate investor' by Gary Keller

>> No.1573482

Its not a book about real estate its a book on selling yourself or an idea.
Its like how to make friends and deal with people but in business.
Constructing the right image of the deal and the attitude to make it

Books won't help you with real estate. You need a degree from Trump University if you're serious about it.

But in all serious MAGA2016. If Clinton wins we're all fucked.

Fuck yeah!
The 'Funny or Die' one?
Watched that a couple weeks ago.
Twice.
It's pretty funny and has Johnny Depp in the lead role.
After that, it's only worth reading a summary of the book.
Ironically, because it's a 'parody' they basically accuse a lot of shit that's probably 80% accurate, so can call him out on it, while leaving the other 20% over-the-top, so it can't be taken too seriously.

i really do hope her wins. Hillary has literally helped child molesters get off rape charges when she knew they were guilty. Trump said pussy and gets 2 BS charges of sexual assault right before election and people loose there minds. How stupid can people be do they not realise how far left Television is its like they do not even try to hide it at this point. Start connecting the dots before its to late.

that's not the only reason they aren't voting for him

the fact that he's now stopped trying to win the election and is instead trying to create a rationale for why he's going to lose but its not his fault should tell you everything you need to know about what kind of president he would have been.

hes better than the other candidate who advocates for World War 3. I prefer not having my skin crackling from radioactive fallout.

>military intervention in response for hacking!
>if a russian jet flys over our airspace ill order it shot down!
>encircle the russians with weapons! we LOVED it when the russians did it to us in the cuban missile crisis; im sure they will too and not risk flying ICBM's.

plus all her policies are shit. ESPECIALLY for /biz/

yeah I don't like her foreign policy much but she's not going to start ww3, let's be real here

as for her economic policies Trump would be far, far, worse. His whole notion of bringing manufacturing jobs back to america is nothing but a fantasy.

>yeah I don't like her foreign policy much but she's not going to start ww3, let's be real here

no but she seems HELLBENT on bringing us back into a coldwar with Russia. I remember those times. They werent as fun and hip as Clinton would lead you to believe.

>its the RUSSIANS! HELP!!!

yeah well its regrettable that we only have 2 not particularly appealing choices. There was a time when I was open to the prospect of voting for Trump but his behavior convinced me that he just wasn't suitable to be president. All this stuff he's saying now about the election being rigged without having any evidence is extremely troubling to me. To make a claim that bold you'd better a smoking gun and about a dozen different witnesses, but he doesn't have ANYTHING.

I just don't get how so many people can be extremely skeptical when it comes to the bullshit spouted by Hillary, and rightly so. But then full throatedly swallow the bullshit spouted by Trump without so much as a second thought.

I dunno these seem semi-damning. A reminder that half the people in the vids were mysteriously fired/resigned after these aired.

what's with the blair witch project music lol

anyway there's little at this point that would change my mind because I'm so incredibly turned off by Trump. I know Hillary's a career politician who has done troubling things, but I'm much more troubled by what Trump has done and said in public. As I said before his policies are nothing more than a fantasy that would tank the economy. And I'm not against the wall in principle, but it just seems like a massive waste of resources that need to be better spent elsewhere. He says he wants to increase the size of our military (when its already ridiculously bloated) but at the same time won't raise new taxes, how? He wants to improve national infrastructure, but won't raise taxes, how? He hasn't said so I don't know, is he going to do this by defunding education? That's not something I want.

One thing i hate is when people vote on their feelings .

As to the rest of your response. Yes presidential nominees promise alot of shit they never live up to. Look at Obama. Other than Obamacare which is shit he hasnt lived up to one of his campaign promises. The motherfucker was given a novel peace prize when he still had us at war.

As for clinton she's made just as much shabby promises as Trump.

Im basing my vote off experience too. And hers is almost all bad. I dont want a president who doesnt even know what confidential means on a form. Thats a rookie mistake and shes been in politics for 30 years. Let alone Benghazi screaming for help and she denied it.
