I want to get started in real estate and investing, i know pretty much nothing. Can someone recommend me some books that are easy to grasp for a beginner?

For general investing philosophy get Rich Dad Poor Dad and the Cash Flow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki, The Richest Guy in Babylon is good, The Millionaire Next Door, there are many other good ones. For real estate Get on Bigger Pockets website. Get Brandon Turners "Book on Rental Property Investing". My all time favorite beginner book for RE Investing is "Duplexes, Triplexes, and Quads: The Fastest and Safest Way to Real Estate Wealth" by Larry Loftis, "and The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller.
