I own a farm, just a family thing. My dad is about to pass and ive been trying to find someone to fill his shoes.

I heard about illegal immigration recently and figured that I could increase my profits by not paying taxes on those employees.

Have you worked with an illegal before? Do they do the job of a white man or will I need to hire multiple to do the same job?

No youth here want to work on a farm.

I've worked construction in southern-california, 2 hours from the border as a white guy.

I am outnumbered 20 to 1 (mexican / white)

They work harder and faster, but most their quality sucks.
They are all extremely nice and welcoming to white people. I never felt out of place or an 'other'
If i didn't know how to do something they always helped and showed me how without yelling or getting angry

it isnt worth it OP. in most places you can easily get LEGAL migrant laborers and they are still a fraction of the cost that you have to pay white people. you just have to house them or find an agency that does it.

go this route, it's more expensive but worth it
