>50% bitcoin
>44% in gold or Swiss Frank
>5% LINK
>1% BSV (should be around 21 BSV)

Sell LINK after it pumps, it's dirt cheap as of right now. Sell BTC at the end of bull market. Bull market will end the moment mempool gets full yet again. In the last bear market ATH was at 17 december, while blocks have got full at 21 december. When it got full transactions costed up to $40. If BTC pumps to $100k, and blocks get full again, cost of transation will jump to $200, which is going to put BTC into another bear market. But after BTC dumps like 60%, rebuy 1 BTC, and keep it untill your retirement. And hold 21 BSV as a hedge to crippled bitcoin. After recession sell your gold for dirt cheap stocks, buy more stocks after you sell your BTC, after market is going to tank.

If you're going to do all of it, you won't have to worry about money ever again.

OP here, it should be noted that the inheritance is my girlfriend's so she ultimately has final say. She wants to use a portion of the money to buy a small house and start a family together as we currently live with our respective parents while I finish school (we both also work FT). I can try to persuade her to make some investments but she is pretty risk averse and conservative and everything is ultimately her final say. I don't think she will go for buying more than 1 BTC as she doesn't know much about crypto and is afraid of the risk.

Yes. If it’s your first rental property you want to start small. A one bedroom cuck shed that you rent out to either an old person who cops a pension check or some young guy who’s never there because he’s waging all the time.

You should easily be able to get a rental property AND your own modest place for $130k with $100k left over for stocks.

230k isn't a whole lot of money. You sound (no offense, just drawing conclusions from your language/vocabulary and description of your life like you are in a rural or suburban area in flyover country, so your cost of living and local real estate prices are probably very very low.

I'd say use 150k to buy an okay house in a college town (you mentioned you were in school) within bus/walking distance of campus. This can be where you live for now, and when you're ready for a new place, you can rent it out to some responsible grad student or an adjunct. Put the rest in the bank and maybe invest like 20k of it in some dividend bearing blue chips. Either way, the important thing is to mostly just sit on it since she doesn't seem like she wants to do anything risky. Maybe use a chunk (not more than 10k, don't be stupid) on a wedding or honeymoon.

You sound happy, and she sounds happy. Put a ring on it sooner rather than later.
