Yes, I've never had a boomer manager that wasnt an overdramatic asshole. I don't even resign anymore, I just stop showing up when they insult me enough. Gen Xrs that hate their boss but never had the balls to quit will always be willing to be resume references as long as they saw you work hard while you were there.
