Sure EU bureaucrats now say you have to do this and that to be fully PSD2 compliant and that its the law but reality is it will take many many more years until anyone can be PSD2 compliant.

Until we see something from PSD2 many many years will pass by. I guess by 2023 or so its actually in full effect and actually used like planned.
