I my only tip is be patient and buy dips. It has always worked for me. Less chances of getting rek'd if your entry point is after a downtrend

To be honest, I would wait until you had more money saved.
Many of the techniques and options I take advantage of are not available without substantial capital, and the steep learning curve present with trading becomes even worse the less one has.
Some of the losses I've taken over the years are part of the learning experience, but they could've bankrupted me if I didn't have sufficient reserves.
Unfortunately, brokerages view your value in terms of capital, and their willingness to extend many options that can drastically improve your odds depend on your possession of it.
