The person posting these threads is Pennygang and Satsgang the notorious PnD scammers that took over DAG telegram channels at the request of their CEO.

FACT 1: The entire team abandoned the project. You cannot show me more than 3-4 people that are still employed at DAG.

FACT 2: The team lied about their financial position when questioned and claimed to have 3 years of runway. Today they raised another round of funding.

FACT 3: The team was accused of losing millions to investor fraud day trading with their funds for massive losses. The team officially ran through $33M in 18 months while spending less than 20% of it on running its business. They refuse to discuss where the money went and pleaded the 5th about the investor fraud allegations claiming their lawyer wont let them talk about it.

FACT 4: The investment will either dilute all token holders or change the focus from creating value for the token to creating value for the company stock. . Not a single fucking idiot in their community has asked how much they raised or how much they will be diluted or how this will impact their personal interest as the team owns both stock and tokens.

FACT 5: They ban anyone asking DD questions that cause them to answer something that puts them in a negative light such as why everyone abandoned the project.

FACT 6: The USAF "partnership" is nothing more than a SBIR small business grant for $50k that was paraded around as if it was a major partnership.

FACT 7: They have multiple known PnD crews manipulating the price, manipulating the community and took over all communications. The team is allowing this to happen and their intention is to dump on all investors.
