Literally just apply and seem like you're interested they'll hire pretty much anyone but when you start off you'll have to prospect like crazy which is where most people get frustrated and quit/get fired

It's kind of a tight market though depending on what you/the team you work in specializes in. Spot market for LTL is quite good though for me personally.
