Do different things every day. Worked for me.
You can stand a terrible job if you've got something in the weekend to look forward to. Spend 1 hour every evening educating yourself, it can be crypto, (((WORKING OUT))), reading, taking an online course in something you're interested in.

Things will improve if you put some effort towards doing something else than hating your job.

Almost everyone is stronger than you. You are weak minded and soft. You focus on the bad rather than the good and you let that overwhelm your thoughts. You let the bad define you because you are weak.
