the training is very simple, but difficult to do, and takes time. but every bit of progress you make reduces your suffering (it is not all or nothing). i advise you to start doing research on places like the dharma overground, and to read stuff like _practical insight meditation_ by mahasi sayadaw.

I went thru a massive bout of depression after making it when all the girls that rejected me over the last 5yrs started suddenly and magically showing ALOT OF FUCKING INTEREST! .... it really depressed me having to realize the girls in this area dont like me for me but what I offer. only now coming out of my depressed funk and starting to find ways to enjoy life.
