I've got $47000 saved how do I go around earning at least 1% of it monthly without getting a job? I am living in europoor country where it's more or less equivalent to 150-180k considering living costs. I've managed to save it working great paying sales job, but got caught doing something "unethical" and my job prospects are rather shit.

Nobody here is good enough to give you advice which will reliably earn you yields above what brokers can return for you. This stuff you necessarily have to work out before everyone else does, otherwise the yield rate normalises back to the mean.

The best you can do is probably combining your labour skills with your assets, something close to entrepreneurialism. Many people have $47k, but perhaps not many have your skills. Use that leverage if possible.

There is no surefire way to make 1% a month with no risks, OP. Anything you will do to make this kind of profit will be either active, risky or both. Only 100% safe profit is something like bonds or savings accounts but those at most yield around 2% per year, and that is top, usually its much less. Most likely your to country will tax those profits too, so its less net.

If its that easy, a million people worldwide has more than 50k seating in the bank. They could as well invest that, have 12k every year. Do it for like 10yrs and get close to becoming a millionaire. But it doesn't work that way. My piece of advice. Don't invest all your savings in what you don't know about. Its gamble and in gambling you may lose it all.
