staking on SENT will work the same way as staking on cosmos cause they are both built on tendermint.
it will be as simple as pressing a button from inside sentinel wallet, you will just need to delgate your tokens to a validator, different validators will offer different stacking yields.
the validator can't steal your funds they are simply locked by the protocol and you can unlock them at any time (with a variable wait time).

you can find multiple guides on google on how to stake on cosmos it will be the same for sentinel, some exchanges also allow staking directly on their platform (but its btter to stake from your own wallet)
