Here are some figures without home equity. Sorry to generalize, but I'd think most anons on here that have lots of cash are single with no kids and live fairly frugally, in which case you absolutely should be putting 35-50% of your income in savings. Getting married and having kids, taking vacations, buying shit to put in the house, getting the kids a dog, doctor visits, insurance, car payments (all the American dream stuff) will probably run you 60-70k a year minimum. Why not just use the free IEX feed? The real time stuff is just their exchange but I use it and for anything with enough volume to matter, the IEX price is always very close to the BB&O price.
My main money maker is a crypto bot but this script pushes prices to it with zmq so the stock market looks like just another exchange. Collect everything in a database and make use of it as needed.

Well, it depends on what you are looking for. The historical data is only daily charts and as far as I can tell it goes back quite a few years. Not sure if only to the beginning of IEX's existence though. As for the feed, it is up to the moment but only shows the price traded on the IEX exchanges which of course is a smaller exchange. For extremely thinly traded stocks it might be off some but for high volume stuff, I've found it to be right on the money. It's good enough I make profitable bot trades from it against the rest of the market. At this point, I would not pay for a feed since this is just as good for me.

Their massively multicore Zen 2 with slightly shitty clockspeeds and overclocking pissing off gamers (slightly) will do just fine in server where it's about performance/watt... so I'm sure AMD will go up a little. And then I'm seriously getting ready to short them, because if Intel does what they did after Athlon 64 in 2003-2005 and release an AMD crusher like Core 2 (2006), plus a possible recession, then I might ride AMD back down to <$10. AMD have never been able to beat Intel for long. I remember there was literal disbelief at early benchmarks of Core 2 on xtremesystem.org/forums when it was released, so shit can happen.

I really don't believe in AMD though, like people on computer forums and /g/ do, because all those guys support the underdog. AMD P/E 150, profit margin 3%. Intel is P/E 11, profit margin 25%. I'm just going to take advantage of this ludicrously speculative stock, I might make $50 bucks haha
