Hi biz exited my equity positions last week and have been chilling and checking out crypto. I'm a noob if it comes to crypto so you guys got any advice? Should I stick with BTC or is there anything else?

BTC always will stay the King, but ROI wise Alts will make you more ROI if you choose them wisely.
I opted for Coti and Ftm and those are my absolute longterm no touch bags. Why? Solid FA, solid and active communities, Active teams

quant you should not buy its already very high so people might need to take profit

I would really check what you do with your btc gains. Dont make the mistake like most of us who holding alts till death. alts will come and go but btc will stay forever. There is a cool project called Bitcloud Pro at the moment and also ankr is pretty good.
