There is a process the lessor has to go through to evict you.

According to the rules my tenants have two weeks to pay the rent, and they can only be late once per 12 month period. If OP was my tenant he would have gotten an eviction notice today. That's the only process here. I don't understand why people buy investment properties in jurisdictions where they cant easily evict deadbeat tenants.

Make up salary
Fake stubs
They'll call you or someone else and as long as they hear what they want to hear it'll go through
But this proccess only works if you fabricate everything yourself
