>Work for a yearly wage
>Through your hard work Sheckleberg's projects (with profit margins in the millions) do quite well
>Negotiate long and hard for a raise
>Finally get your raise, increasing yearly wages by ~4%
>Rate of inflation is also 4%
>yfw your buying power is literally the same as last year
But at least your boss gets his new yacht, right? Good job wagies.

So do I. Too bad we hardly live in a capitalistic system. The system if overly centralized with banks at the top of the hierarchy and government involved in everything.
>What do you propose?
The only way out is to start your own business. Be willing to take losses the first couple of years, in the end it will pay off.
If you can sell yourself, even something relatively low skill like epoxy application can generate good revenue.
I'm not a communist because it never works and is stupid.

If they dont offer me enough money I simply switch jobs to a place where they give me more, that's it. You have no idea how valuable a full stack developer is.

Have fun getting replaced when you hit 45 and the severance package becomes a better option than continuing to match your 401K

Start your own consulting firm if you haven't already signed an NCA

So if government was less involved you think we'd be less cucked to Shekelbergs? You don't think Shekelberg would take advantage of a lack of workplace regulations to jew his workers?

I got out of wagie status IT consulting. My specialty is automating sys/network admins out of jobs. I am hoping it is a hedge against the next recession, when companies give me contracts so they can cut their it budget.

Not at the moment, no. The systems are already in place, so if the government were to leave workers would just get fucked harder.
If we were to start from ground zero, however, I think a less involved government would be more beneficial in a place like America.
Places that are religiously and ethnically homogeneous can rely on the state more, though.

Why people does that, I've get to my job at 10am
im late 1 hour everyday and i am the first to leave at 6pm not one minute later, and then theres my coworkers all of them leaving around 8pm-9pm
Are those 20 extra dollars really worth the stress of working 10-12 hours everyday?
