If he wants to be an idiot who works for free that's his choice, he shouldn't be dragging others into that. Also you're not part of his team if he's above you in pay and seniority. Whatever you accomplish for him you will get no credit for. ESPECIALLY if he's the business owner, working longer hours brings him more money but does nothing for your salary.

Working for free is for cucks. I have a buddy in the same line of work as me just a different company, and even though he makes $6,000 a year salary more than me oh, I work 7.5 hour days and he works 10 normally sometimes 12 hour days, and I laugh at him
