It’s a currency, value is free to float, you can buy it, you can sell it, you don’t need a referral system to keep it alive, if there is no fresh meat entering the market it will just retain the current value, it cannot collapse like a ponzi, forex regulations applies to it, you pay a capital gain tax on it, it’s legal, and if it keeps increasing value it’s because it’s sound money and it’s impossible to arbitrarily print like USD, it has a maximum cap and the supply emission is controlled by an algorithm instead of some bribed economist.
It’s also really dumb to compare a currency with stocks, they are in two different categories and they works in different ways, you should only compare it with currencies, or at max, commodities like gold.
It’s hyper volatile, sure, until the marketcap will be significantly higher, as of now a whale farting can move a 2k candle
