Been on this board since 2016 missed making it off ETH because I was poor at the time. Honestly never thought I'd see the day but this board is legitimately done. It's a disgusting shell of what it once was.

LINK was the last good thing this board ever did, and I will be grateful to all of you who have been on who helped make that a reality (yes, even you 2017 bull run fags).

For me the last straw was this SENT shit. I mean, I've seen a lot of garbage shilling come through here but honestly there are no intelligent threads anymore, just a bunch of incredibly low tier scam artists and a shadow of some LINK holders who do more than sit around waiting to get rich.

Don't bother with the "see you tomorrow" replies, I won't ever even look at this thread again. Reddit is unironically a better source of crypto information now, and I just felt a physical pain writing that but it's true. Bye.

You can't compare VIDT to SENT, it's not even a contest. The SENT memes all started with one group who just market dumped a shitload of them in one thread and basically distributed tools to meme newfags into buying. VIDT memes were organic and mostly stemmed from the Rembrandt art validation.

If I understand it correctly they got the abillity to filter the blockchain content on their end platform side. That however means that stuff is still on the blockchain and can be accessed by third parties who build a rippoff the platform.

The value is a public forum. Plausible denyabillity for a blackmarket and no legal entity to sue over.

Well, Chainlink aims to provide the economy for decentralized data to exist; the value of Chainlink isn't writing data onto a blockchain, the value is the network itself. V-ID will be used for taking existing data inputs and writing them on chain.

If anything I believe a collaboration between the two projects would be exciting as fuck. Say data from Chainlink nodes utilizes V-ID to write the node data onto additional blockchains, therefore diversifying your ledgers in case of failure, or allowing an additional layer of protection by allowing the comparison of data between chains.

It may be wishful thinking but a partnership like that would make me hard af.
