just finished reading The Lean Startup, I do not want to build a landing page or demonstration video for my idea validation.. can I just use google forms to perform a survey for my potential customers to validate my idea?

You're talking about doing basic market research? Do you really need to ask us?
Giving you the benefit of the doubt that this isn't just shilling Google forms, I think the questions you want to ask are about whether it will allow you to brand your business and retain your participants as future customers.
This is such a basic problem to overcome
though that I just don't know how you expect to run a business. You might be better off wagecucking for somebody who tells you what to do. That's often more profitable.
