if there was any chance of this much money being involved, some serious pros would be on the case, creating something superior. In fact, they probably already are.

Here's the thing. What makes LINK so impressive? The fact that it provides a functionality to smart contracts. Smart contracts are what is impressive.

Every time you fags talk about LINK use cases, you're describing smart contract use cases. So you're trying to piggy-back off of smart contracts. Why don't you just invest in smart contract platforms instead?

In the future, more scalable and efficient smart contract platforms will be built with connectivity to external data as a built-in function, making LINK pointless.

>>14997328
Since you are such a wise SAGE, what smart contract platform would you recommend investing in?

Also, what other project is on the horizon that might provide the data portability that ChainLINK will?

I'll wait.

this.

name one single smart contract platform that will use LINK instead of building their own oracles
>ETH
okay name another
>ONE
yeah fag name just one more
>Hedera

alright if chainlink is so great then name 37 more smart contract platforms that plan to use it.
check mate faggots.

because smart contract platforms have no real world use case without a decentralized oracle network
using a centralized solution (as in eth building their own) would defeat the purpose of using a smart contract, hence why no one is using them right now.

Fag. There are almost no serious pros.

Are you fucking aware that the average computer scientist wasn't competent enough to make it in engineering/biology/physics/chem and is just dicking around in a stem trade? CS is the short bus science.

The serious pros are spending their lives squeezing microseconds off of algorithmic trading AIs. These are the people who went into CS because they wanted to and not because they weren't good enough for other STEM disciplines.

this too.

if you do a simple google search for "eth 2.0 oracle" you can clearly see in no uncertain terms the many times vitalik himself has announced this fact.

>> No.14998102

He built a decentralized Oracle network from the ground up in less than 2 years and hired a team that's loved by the community and put those nice offices in that nice skyscraper in the financial district of San Francisco literally some of the most expensive real estate on earth and bought town crier securing Facebook and docusign engineers for advisor roles all for only 32m that he received from the ico. Please Sergey. Please take all the money you need to continue your work.

If smart contracts are the goldmine, then why not invest in shovels & pickaxes. That's how I think about LINK.
