Features:
-Files are now indexed (pic related). Searching will be added soon. Ability to turn of indexing will be added as well for "private" files

Current known issue:
-When fees are high, I have code that pauses for fees to die down. This works pretty well. However if fees are high for a long time, something with transaction sequencing errors out. I now throw a fatal error on detection of this instead of continuing the upload
-You can NOT upload multiple files at the same time from the same ripple address, it will cause the above sequencing error almost always. Working on a fix
