The more regulated the crypto sector becomes, the more important secure and decentralized VPNs will be. Only a tard would trust a centralized, closed-source VPN with their data.

• Sentinel dVPN
• Privix
• Lethean
• Mysterium

You trust centralized VPNs more over open source? Are you retarded? You don’t have to use your home connection - just get a cheap VPS for under $5 a month.

sentinel will solve this problem by having 3 types of nodes:
-relay node (for normal users) this type of node never gets in contact with the clear data and only act as a relayer in the multi hop protocol, so people hosting this will be 100% safe
-tor exit node here the exit node funnels the data into tor thuse being safe
-normal exit node this will be for experienced users adata centers and people that host tor exit nodes already (thuse providing an actual income from their service)

9Eo3P5YN from the other thread here, I was just asking you questions.so when you open up the desktop client, you click Ethereum if you need to access the erc20 wallet, and the sentinel tendermint testnet is for the dvpn, correct? can the erc20 tokens be used to pay the fees to use the dvpn? or is that only tsent? if it's the case where it's only tsent that can be used, is there a way to convert from sent to tsent to use the dvpn?

decentralized VPNs allow you to monetize your own data thus cutting the costs of using a VPN to 0, also sentinel will have its own DPOS chain built on tendermint where you will be able to stake tokens and earn interest on them, so think about this cost for a month of sentinel dvpn usage should be around 2-5$ (so way cheaper then any centralized one) so if you stake 500$ of SENT on sentinel tendermint chain with the annual interest earned (which goes from 7% to 20% depending on total stake locked) you will be able to use the dVPN with no actual cost cause you will be using the interest generated to pay for the dVPN.
and if you don't wanna use it anymore you just unstake the token without friction

Taken directly from the leaked PDF titled

"Insuring fairness for participants in DGD"

"The exit function will enable investors to trustlessly exit the DAO through a smartcontract, stabilize downward DGD/ETH price movements, remove dependency on exchanges and low liquidity markets, therefore the exit function will significantly decrease risk associated with holding DGD and will attract new investors interested in participating in the DigixDAO governance."

Listen folks. Many here hate me. Many here love me.

This is NOT a scam. If you have a big brain you will double your money very fucking quickly with zero risk.

Please continue reading.

This is the address of the DGD tokensale. The DAO currently holds 375,432 Ethereum.
There are 2,000,000 DGD tokens.
This math works out to a ratio of 0.1877 ethereum per DGD token. (Approx $40 per token)
DGD is trading at 0.09331 eth per DGD.
This means the DGD token is trading at half the amount of the funds in the DGD smart contract.

https://etherscan.io/address/0x75bA02c5bAF9cc3E9fE01C51Df3cB1437E8690D4

Well thats nice right? That means there are literally 2x times more funds than marketcap. But... you see DGD token holders don't have a claim to the Eth in the smart contract...?
Actually, they do.
Tomorrow July 25th, the developers of DGD are proposing a buyback of DGD tokens at a rate of .175 Eth ($38) per DGD.
This means that if all 2 million DGD are returned: 350,000 ETH will be paid, leaving 25,000 ETH in the DAO and zero tokens remaining. Effectively setting a floor price for DGD.

Folks, I've personally bought 10,000 DGD tokens. When this is implemented I will have doubled my initial Eth. Any purchase of DGD below the floor price of the buy back .175 Eth per DGD is an automatic profit.
(ps. swap your eth into btc, and buy the DGD/BTC pair. the eth pair has no volume.)

You can buy this stock (Dgd) at $20 with a buyback of $40 price. LOL! Enjoy and let your friends know.

Thank me later.

when you open the client you will access the testnet and get mockup tokens for free that you can use to "pay" for the service.
right now you can't pay with the actual real SENT erc 20 token you can only use the testnet version of the token tsent.
you can get infinite amount of tsent for free during the testnet phase.

you will be able to pay for sentinel dvpn with any tokens/coin so BTC ETH XMR
sentinel token is used to secure sentinel own tendermint DPOS chain more then 66.1% of the supply will get staked (locked) people staking sent will get annual interest of anywhere between 7-20% and on top they will get fees from people using the blockchain to pay for services so by holding sent you get a diversified portfolio of fees.
any service built on sentinel chain will bring more fess:
dVPN
Dchat
mixer
private nets
and more will come

sentinel also has the best tech:
multi hop relay net that protect normies node hosters from ever coming in contact with problematic traffic
tor exit nodes that protect more adavanced node hosters by funneling data directly into tor network
and private nets which is a solution tought for banks and corporations that allows to create a network that only employess can access.
it can also be used to rent servers that only you can access, for people that need for example need to access their bitmex account always from the same ip cause they are in usa
