They said they have a huge backlog, which makes since considering a new node operator comes out like every three or four days. They have obviously allocated some of their resources to vetting these nodes. It's pretty clear that they don't have enough man power to do both at the same time, thus why they are hiring a shit load of people for a bunch of different positions.
