Well someone reported him to the SEC...so he is panicked now....
Just like his court case, he doesnt have a big btc stack, but he said he did...and he said he was going to "crash the btc market" unfortunately for creg thats an SEC violation.
Which is why he has now lowered he 'threat' to 800k btc (below 5%), which he thinks will save him from SEC insider trading rules.

Remember he he said all BTC would be dumped in one go and the network would be throttled? Constantly changing plans and dates. I don't expect him to pull through on this assuming he isn't ordered to pay Ira $5 billion or found to be in contempt of court.
