I think the government should offer people like $5k to get sterilized. Anyone would be eligible. Bump it to $10k if need be. Well that's FALSE. ANYTHING that goes against survival is a FAILURE.
If you're homeless, you're a failure.
If you're a short male, you're a failure. If you're ugly, you're a failure. If you are too stupid to find a way to make money, you're a failure.

This isn't just a "how society sees things". Some things are CLEARLY failures and some are not.

Success = survival

Failure = death or close to it

The better you are at surviving, the more successful you are.
The more you suffer through life, the more of a failure you are.

It would also give time for the economy to contract and adapt to the lower population, and it would be a lot less ugly than killing everyone.
