If people understand in the wider scope of things what 'Facebook Libra' means, It is an easier conclusion to come too. I am impartial in my speaking. In the end it is up to the people to decide who they trust.

Yes. People have turned this into a bipartisan battle where one side is the only correct side. For this technology to function co-existing could be the best thing. The big question is which corporation? The one that at it's heart has the correct intentions will prevail. At least one would hope.

I answered most of this in the writing above. I can not speak for or against the corporate influence. The people will win if they choose to win. That is the magic of Capitalism. However a centralized corporation can follow a plan more effectively and efficiently than a decentralized population disjointed in all manner of thoughts and beliefs.

The technology is already there I would imagine. Legal loopholes as we have seen with large companies pay $0 tax are there. I think it is possible now but has to be done correctly and with transparency.
