I feel that I can look back on all of this now and understand why we believed what we did at the time, and why we were so hopeful. It's not like it was as obvious as some other projects - but unfortunately some of you have not come to the realization that you are coping with financial stockholm syndrome. Going to be rough seeing how things hold out until August. Lots of people losing faith, even if the price does rebound lots of people will start dumping if we hit $4 again because they missed out last time.

Bitcoin is in the mainstream now, Trump is talking about it, Mnuchin, Treasury, etc., and all of the crypto talking heads are saying that alts are dead, its bitcoin or bust.

So we're on the cusp of the next retail frenzy into crypto, but this time I think people are going to avoid alts because all the bitcoin maximalists are so defeatist and so loud. What I wish people would understand is that utility tokens are not competing with bitcoin, they are a different incentive system for products. I agree that litecoin and monero are dead in the water as competition with bitcoin, but I think Link, VIDT and BAT will survive because they are practical use cases for tokenization and decentralized incentive systems.

Making money has gotten extremely difficult in the modern world. The internet and connectivity of humanity has increased our competitiveness and sophistication to such a high level that to be able to accumulate wealth is now much more difficult than at any other point in industrialized modern economic history. In the past, people could own multiple homes and raise several children with one non-college based job. Arnold Schwarzenegger made himself into a real estate millionaire before he even got into Hollywood. People got rich on commodities trading in the 80s, and the tech boom in the last few decades.

But now, it's increasingly difficult to break into the wealth and comfort our predecessors had. You cannot raise 3 children and own a nice home without making more than $200,000 annually. I think the last great frontier of our generation to get "easy" wealth in line with our ancestors is through the coming explosion of cryptocurrencies and the decentralization of as many systems as possible.

I truly believe this is the future and the best chance our generation has to gain real wealth.
