SWIFT is currently using nothing hopiuid. There were multiple projects in poc. Banks were not happy with any of them, but with all that manged to not be total shit, the HL CL combo was the one that was the least hated and the one with agents banks think they can work together.

So yes, it will be most probably SWIFT - IBM (smartcontract.com by extension) partnership, but nothing is yet set in stone
