You nufags are so fickle it's embarrassing. I will spoon feed you this one time and one time only, Tether has majority of it's USDT backed. The portion of USDT that is not immediately backed is backed through ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE on outstanding loans issued by Tether. Loans which collect INTEREST and create new CAPITAL into Tether allowing them to mint more USDT as a result.

Banks operate in a similar manner, you think if a major bank had to come up with every last penny their clients hold with them right on the spot they would be able to do it? No you fucking low IQ cunts, they wouldn't because a portion of the funds deposited with them are loaned out to collect INTEREST and create new CAPITAL that flows into the Banks and the economy as a whole.

Please nufags you must go back. If you're so fucking worried about an implosion of tether then short BTC and get fucking liquidated like the rest of em.

if tether goes boom boom like all you retard schizo nocoiners pray it will, the only ones getting REKT will be the retards who sold their btc (that they bought with real fiat) for made up internet usd money.

if we go with your dumbfuck bobo imaginary scenario of tether printing money out of thin air to sell for btc, who are they buying that btc off ? normies like you and me who bought it with real fiat, thats who. real fiat has entered the eco system. what happens after that has no effect on the price of btc. its the normie retard that is left holding tether that would be getting REKT should tether be worthless overnight.

tether only having 75% backing doesnt mean jackshit either. do you retards think 100% of people will cash out usdt via tether overnight ? its used by denegerate gamblers to hold the price of their bitcorn so that they can buy in when its lower. fucking nobody is cashing out via usdt all at once.

If you think about the purpose of tether on those exchanges for 2 seconds you will see the obvious indirect relationship between volume and cap. The only valid interpretation of your drooling nonsense of a reply is that you're implying that it's somehow relevant that you technically can get a billion in volume by trading the same dollar over and over. I'll never really know what you actually meant by anything you say because you're too dumb to communicate a single coherent thought.
>>14694601
>muh coinboise
Again you have no idea because you actually have downs syndrome. The more shitcoins are traded on tether exchanges the more tether is needed. The biggest exchanges are tether exchanges. That's it. The second link claims tether is a money laundering scheme for drugs. A completely different claim. There's not a coherent though in any of it, just ravings of lunatics.

Maybe you should have looked it up? It's used as a trading pair on tether exchanges like binance. That's what it's used for. I'm talking about things we actually know, not stupid shit you dreamt up because the scary numbers "feel" big. The more VOLUME there is on many different pairs the more USDT these tether exchanges need. These are facts.

This thread is nothing more than bunch of heavy shitcoin bag holders collectively masturbating each other and feeding the same old FUD to each other to feel better about themselves with not holding btc while it moons and their alts bleed.

The NYAG boils down to not paying state business taxes. Bitfinex will literally just pay the taxes if they are found guilty of operating in NY and that’s it.

I’m sorry for you fellas but bitcoin isn’t ending on July 26th.

Tether and bitfinex aren't afraid of the NYAG of course. But they are afraid of their clients, the people they are laundering money for. And questions by an American court is not good for business, especially when supposedly private chats are being produced as evidence. I suspect they want their money back before their identities are dragged into this mess, and then we are all going to be left holding some HEAVY BITBAGS.
