I reached 10,000 LINK. I'm about 80% sure I bought the absolute top of this bull run and I'm gonna be dumped on hard and for a good long while, but I'm not willing to take a 20% risk. I've put now, about 36,000 dollars just to get a 10k stack. If I had just done it a month ago (when I originally came here) I could've gotten it so much quicker. These 36k USD make up most of 2019's income for me, so it's a pretty big deal for me to go all in like this. Luckily I'm a 19 year old almost-NEET who works online with no real responsibilities, so if it turns out all the FUD was right, it won't blow for me as much as it would with a wife and kids.

This isn't the top of the bullrun, nor is it in a bullrun right now.

I now have to wait fucking 13 days for coinbase to approve the link I bought, but I'm glad I priced it all in when I did. I actually have 10,400 now so I'm gonna use that extra 400 to swing trade and see how far I can get. If I lose it all I won't be too disappointed really. Honestly I don't feel much right now, for the last 18 hours I've been hoping LINK would dump but it did the literal worst thing I could've hoped for: crab the entire fucking day and night. Literally only exited out from below 3.65 for like 10 minutes. It's been in the 3.70s THE WHOLE FUCKING DAY. Made me wanna punch the screen when it would slowly rise. To me that was a signal that we may not be going back, even if I only had 20% confidence in it. What drove me most to be impatient and buy was the comparison between the current state of the LINK graph on CMC, and the ETH graph between feb 5 2016 and feb 25 2016, wherein the price pumped hugely, dipped a healthy amount, then never saw a dip that low ever again.

>swinglinking only a (((part))) of your stack

Absolutely disgusting, your setting down a dark path of the swing linker.

Sure you might only use a small part of your stack now, but if your successful you'll delude yourself into using more of your stack and then you'll get singularity pumped out of no where and destroyed.

And then you will hang from the rope like picrelated.

Just don't sell or try to swing. Every swinglinker gets rekt eventually and loses a large portion of their stack. Have iron hands if we do dump. But honestly I don't think we will dump.

How does it feel that you could possibly be a millionaire in 6 months OP? September is going to be turbo bullish for Link and it's really going to kick off there. $25 absolute minimum for EOY.

I have seen family friends lose everything daytrading. I understand where this argument's coming from, that it's like a gambling addiction. I know:
>but i'm different
but really, I am using these 400 links as basically play money. If I get to 1,000 I'll dump it into LIT, RLC, and VIDT or other biz coins.

>Have iron hands if we do dump
I will probably buy more if we do honestly, because starting this month I'm making a lot more than I used to.

>But honestly I don't think we will dump.
I think it went up too fast to be sustainable.

>How does it feel that you could possibly be a millionaire in 6 months OP?
I've thought about this before, wherein if it had only a slightly higher marketcap than that of ETH (and thereby being priced at approx. or below $100 a pop) I would have an equivalent of a million bucks. I won't be selling though, not for a while.

We went to $5.08 and then to $2.87. I had $1000 ready at the exact bottom of that dip luckily, so made a bit off that. I don't know man, it just feels like the Coinbase listing force-coupled it with BTC. That shit will crash and burn eventually with how useless and convoluted it is with the wait times and transaction fees, it just might take a while, but LINK seems to be riding the same waves now that BTC does with its Tether pump and dumps.

Hope I'm wrong.

Normies do not use the software associated with bitcoin. Almost ALL the money in Bitcoin, and crypto as a whole, still remains as just pure speculation, and is traded on exchanges, rather than being transferred locally. This will change over the next few years, and it will weed out the crap coins in the game. Just like the dotcom bubble, which built up over 5 years and killed all the businesses that were started up the same way ICOs were pumped in 2017 (they were literally called IPOs; the similarities between these two situations are striking, even down to the similar acronyms), this too shall pass.

I believe LINK will do this, among other tokens.

This has nothing to do with what I said. Normies use slow and low-quality products all the fucking time and it isn't going to cause Coinbase to "crash and burn"

Before the google pump /biz/ was still relatively reddit-free, so discussion of LINK tokenomics was still discussed. After a week of being here I just sat down and read the whitepaper, and in the end had a decent understanding of it all. What really sold me on its importance was looking at other whitepapers and realizing how the Chainlink paper tries to address every possible issue, while other papers put lots of words out without putting them to the test in the abstract.

Know what how? That the money is still purely speculative, or that most money is just on exchanges, or that one or both of those are true and that this will change? You need to be more concise in your question.
