Fren, you're not really getting here. Let me see if I can explain: Your stacks are not on metamask. Metamask is an interface for the Ethereum address where the coins are kept. You can access this same address using MEW, etc. When you use IDEX, you move tokens from your Ethereum address to the smart contract. When you're done trading, you move them back to the Ethereum address. Metamask, MEW, hardware wallets are all just interfaces for this address. Anons, please correct me if I got any of this wrong.

I had this issue when using Metamask on IDEX. Seems Metamask that by the time you confirm things on Metamask, bots or whoever have already bought the order. I ended up creating another wallet and connecting directly with the keystore and then trading was much faster. I don't like to use MM for time sensitive things such as this.

I've used hotbit too. Haven't had any issues with hotbit. As a matter of fact, one time I sent over a few hundred bucks worth of BTC and it never made it to my wallet (Transaction confirmed but wasn't showing up in my wallet). So my initial thought was, that's it, it's gone. Opened a support ticket with them, they were very professional and resolved the issue within 12 hours.
