I trade with as little risk as possible. Buying back asap and setting a profit target. Those are not shitcoins, RLC is extremely oversold and IOTA is relatively stable and a good long term hold. Buying LINK with the gains is more risky IMO.

LINK pumps are usually slow, patience is key. Sell when the volume starts to pick up. I always try to buy back within the hour for a 2-5% gain, if possible.
