Research the best therapists in your area. Meet a few of them. Keep seeing the one you like the most.

>> No.14473714

one thing i tried doing recently is "meditate" while lying on the bed, before sleeping, constantly telling myself how this state of being rich and relaxing is either positive or at the very least neutral and relaxing. until i fall asleep. "this state is happiness." "i am happy." "hugging my 2d waifu pillow fills me with joy." etc. it's a form of autosuggestion, but i think if you actively speak it yourself, it gets better results. but it really should be the truth, no? having no worries should at the very least be neutral. and you have to embrace it. telling your mind that it is so. maybe it helps a bit. other than that you should lift, i guess. to feel better physically and just relax more in general. the summer sun also helps. so maybe if it's too dark outside and you are particularly susceptible to winter depression due to bad genetics... moving into a warmer state might be worthy of consideration.

Listen to self-help talks e..g on youtube: Eckhart Tolle, Tony Robbins, Abraham Hicks, Margaret Paul, Bashar/Darryl Anka.
Surf the internet less, especially 4chan, seriously. Go outside. I'll admit while I'm hiking or biking much of the time I don't feel great, but overall I feel much better the whole day when I do that, thoughts clearer, negative stuff doesn't get me down as much. If you are stuck at home read a book, maybe even play a video game, ANYTHING is better than social media and discussion forums in my experience.
Meditate: you don't have to be fancy. Just sit up with you back straight still, close your eyes or keep them half open, unfocused. Intend to keep your mind clear but when thoughts come up don't get disappointed, just observe them passively. Pay attention to your breath or the sound of the air conditioner or something neutral like that. AGAIN: don't get frustrated or hung up if you keep getting carried away with your thoughts, it is still works.
Substances: psychedelics tend to have a nice afterglow that can last weeks. Phenibut (don't get addicted!) can't use it every day but it's nice to remind you what it feels like to feel good. GABA and/or 5-HTP. Ginko Biloba.
Exercise regularly, don't jerk off too much.

yeah and don't eat sugar or bread. Even artificial sweeteners are better, or sugar alcohols. Ideally do a low-carb paleo diet: eat meat, fat and green veggies, get your culinary kicks from eating plenty of healthy fats spicy food and salt. When you eat low carb you have to eat plenty salt because it gets flushed out of your body, use litesalt because it has potassium in it too.

Camping honest to god one of the most miserable things this world has to offer.

>Sleep in some fucked up tent that costs you 400$ and is still a cheap piece of shit
>fucking bugs and insects everywhere
^These fucks sit on you, your food, your head, in your everything, it's fucking miserable
>when its hot your tent gets motherfucking hot, its like you're getting baked
>when it rains everything gets wet, waterproof tent or not, shit will get wet
Everything is a pain in the ass. Fuck camping.

Checked, thanks not sure might check out acting though always wanted to try. Problem I have is, it's hard to follow through on some of these things, social interaction is a nightmare at the best of times. Last night I went out side & thought I'm basically a millionaire now & it changes nothing, everthing is just the same as it was when I was poor. I imagined people realising I had money, but thought even if they are suddenly nice to me now, it'll only be pretend and now real. Fuck. I'm starting to sound like the anon from London who always has one last binge

I've never been camping, but it seems pretty dumb. The people I know that like to camp are probably the least one with nature. Usually yuppies that want to appear well rounded on instagram, or they have kids. I like being outdoors but pretending like you're homeless for a day seems pretty fucking pointless.

Tell me, what was your motivation to buy Chainlink? Did you just want money? What were planning to do with that money? Freedom from a wage job? What is it?

Money won't solve your problems nor give you happiness unless the root of your problems are the lack of money or the source of your depression is just being a slave with a low sallary.

Go see a doctor, avoid taking pills of any kind. Try to understand your inner proccess of thought and what you feel and why. Get accostumed to wonder about your feelings and try to find an answer. Good luck anon
