RSR is the backing to the stable coin. Think of it as MKR to Dai. RSR will have constant buy and burn pressure due to the minting of new RSV. So sure, RSV will never be over a dollar, but sky is the limit for RSR.

No, the people that are already holding MKR and Dai will not be interested in Libra in the least. You have to understand the funds held backing Libra is going to be fiat, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in people who understand the ethos of crypto in the first place. And then when fiat inevitably implodes, Libra is going to be worthless, whereas MKR and Dai will still be kicking.

I don't think this is true, because RSV will be backed by a ton of assets. In the scenario in which the dollar collapses, RSV will keep holding its value and thus could be worth more compared to the dollar. I'm not too sure for which value they're aiming RSV to be, but if you think about it, perhaps it doesn't matter as long as it's stable. RSR will be burned when used to buy RSV, so this is hyper bullish for RSR.

It won't moon on any of these exchanges. Unironically now is the time to accumulate, but you'll be bagholding for awhile ripping your hair out as LINK keeps mooning. I would hold off for now.
