Its not private, the hardware wallet isnt released so it could just be fake for all you know, the programming language is just golang with a few extra features, Fiber doesnt exist, Coin Hours exist so that you dont sell the coin and hold it while Synth sells his supply slowly while you think you're getting "precious coin hours" which you cant use because skywire is free, neither is it really anything new, its just a socks5 proxy, and there are no other apps so coin hours are useless except for hoarding while synth sells his supply
