Is it time to unlock our BTC from last bull run? I have 4 btc locked at $15,233 that I just managed to lock down in time as it crashed in 2018.

If I let them sync it will even out to about 14000 each, but it will help bring the price up further due to the sync effect on the market. I'm thinking its time, and I don't want to miss a big move and have to sync upward if I slept through the alert or something.
