Consolidate your dust so you only need to pay the massive fee once.

Remeber TX fees are about amount of inputs.
If you deposit 4 0.25BTC TX into your wallet separately you have 4 inputs. You pay 4x tx fee when you move them all in one tx.

So do that TX now to another wallet you control while fees are OK. Then you only have to pay the 100$ tx fee once on cashout day.

If your stack is too small to eat the fee then stp being poor or hold on exchange.
