That chainlink is $1000 is literally not possible.

$1k eoy meme is made by people sitting on 6 figures link so they only really need $10 to pump their bags.

Pic is proof of this.

$1000 is a meme but $11 is lowballing intrinsic value and totally ignores speculative money. $50-$100 is much more realistic and it will take 2-3 years to get there.

WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER

DO NOT UNDER ESTIMATE THE POWER OF POSITIVE THOUGHT! ESPECIALLY COLLECTIVE POSITIVE THOUGHT!

THIS SHIT IS GOING TO REACH $1,000 EASILY!
HOLD THAT THOUGHT AND VISUALIZE IT IN YOUR MIND EVERYDAY AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE STARTING NOW AND IT WILL MANIFEST INTO REALITY. DO IT! I'M NOT JOKING!

VISUALIZE AS OFTEN AND AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE!

$11 would put things at approximately 3.5B market cap.
I can see LINK getting to 10b if it actually, ACTUALLY works as theorized. That's still room for ~$35 USD, or a 10-15x from current price.

Look at this low effort fud. Look at this dumbass, thinking that because he puts his RetardBook profile pic and worthless name next to an even more retarded valuation of something he knows nothing about. What a dumbass. WE are more informed on this board than anyone else is in the entire world. They’re just starting to catch up, with these no name “economists” stating their opinions as a fact. I’ve been here since before ETH and no other coin has captivated us like link. Just look at the charts people, BTC is logarithmically approaching a new ATH. This could happen within the next year. Don’t let some normie faggot tell you what you should think. Read the white paper and you will understand that this is the FUTURE. Invest accordingly.

The value will be tied to usage. If the network isn't used, $0 is the price. If the network is used a lot, $1,000 is actually fud. This guy's brainlet writeup is not even cute or funny, it's just fucking sad how little he understands basic economics of supply & demand and how they impact LINK's tokenomics.

LINK will require an amount of collateral relative to the money being spent on functions. Let's say that's a modest 1%. If a very modest $10B worth of calls & functions happens, that's $100MM in collateral needed. A % of that $100MM will be earned by node operators, let's say a modest 4%. Node operators will collect $4MM.

The question is really, what will that $4MM actually be? If it's a lot of money to be earned, the demand for LINK tokens will be very high so people can get a piece of the earnings pie from node staking.

If demand is very high, more tokens will be staked in nodes, meaning less tokens circulating on exchanges.

This intrinsically creates a feedback loop of high valuation = less supply = even higher valuation. The true value of a token will likely be a fraction of what someone will be willing to pay for it in this circumstance, because people will be looking at it as a longer term investment. $1 of LINK will not make you $1 your first year, but after 3-5 years it might. So the price will be a multiple of the real value. If demand is super high, supply will be super low, and theoretically the token can support a LINK price of over $1MM/token though the chances of that happening are zero. Still, $1,000/token is attainable with real world current economic usage and that's just in API calls alone. And in fact, $1,000 will be a low figure, especially considering the multiple someone will be likely to pay.

That being said, if usage is low, demand will be low, and raw token value will be low.

Still, the point is this - $1000 IS literally possible and even probable, by EOY very low odds but in a few years form now, sure.
