To expand on this, remember that if you take in 1% and compound it you'll double your money every 72 days. There is no reason to not be retardedly rich if you can do this. That's doubling your money 3x in a year. If you live modestly for just a couple of years doing that starting with 10k you could be living off of dividends in just 2 years. A couple of other options from my RH portfolio. LCI $5 put looks like it will go for about $0.25, so a 5% return (on your $500) assuming it expires above $5. ODP $2 call looks like it will go for maybe $0.06 or $0.07.
