Set an upper limit rebuy as a sort of stop loss. Say you sell at $1.50 and you're waiting to rebuy at $1.20, but it goes to $1.80. Set an upper margin of, say, $3. When it hits $3 you eat the loss, you fucked yourself out of half your stack, but at least you're back in. You bought Chainlink at $3 which is an entry point that people will be insanely jealous of in a couple of years time. You lost, but you swung and that was the risk you took. At least you're still in.
Set that upper limit figure before you do the swing trade. Stick to it. You might get fucked out of a big chunk of your stack, but at least you won't sit on the side while every smug retard on /biz/ makes it around you.
